We Sent the Kids to 9 Summer Camps in Dubai So You Don’t Have To
I don’t have kids, but my sister has three. They’re all adorable and filled with so much enthusiasm that can break any room. I both love and hate it—the latter mainly because I don’t know how to handle all their excess excitement whenever I babysit them.
And being the cheeky kids they are, they don’t really hold back judging my event planning or cooking skills. This is why I always have to be creative in keeping them entertained when school is out. This is also a way of keeping my sanity intact.
So I figured, why not make them join the best summer camps in Dubai that can handle their vibrant spirit? Here are the top ones my favorite little critics have loved so far!
Which Dubai summer camps can my kids join?
There are plenty of Dubai summer camps your kids can join! Notable ones offering artsy and/or sporty activities for a fun and productive time are MDX Dubai, Ecoventure, Expo City, OliOli, and Glitch.

Camp Packages:
- UAE Resident – AED 1,200 per week
- International Visitor – AED 3,800 (USD 1,035) per week
Are your kids the rare breed that misses school? MDX Summer Camp offers specialized business, computer engineering, fashion, and media workshops for this. We think it makes these subjects more interesting while giving them space to make new friends.
Its packages also differ for UAE residents and international visitors. The former gets lunch and specialist workshops, while the latter also gets on-campus extra-curricular activities with 3 meals, accommodation at The Myriad, and transportation.
And who said you’ll just be cooped up inside throughout the camp? Beyond the classroom, we love that participants can enjoy thrilling excursions to Dubai’s iconic tourist attractions. This makes summer both educational and adventurous, we say.
Cool tips:
Take advantage of discounts when you book multiple weeks at MDX Summer Camp! You can join for 1 week or up to 6 weeks.
The campus is conveniently close to Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, beaches, and major shopping malls. Why not explore the city or do some window shopping during your free time?

Do note that specialist activities such as climbing and martial arts only happen once per week. And for everyone’s safety, campers aged 3 to 6 will use the bouldering wall, and campers aged 7 and over will use the mobile wall.
