On top of that, it’s impressive that it has several methods of printing designs on its apparel.
It offers digital and screen printing for a smoother texture on the print. It also does embroidery for a more durable and luxurious finish.
But what we think separates it from the rest is the sublimation process that really allows the design to transfer into the shirt itself, exactly changing the t-shirts irreversibly.
This results in more durable designs that won’t flake and fade out and has a more vibrant finish than digital and screen printing.
We also liked the customer service because the staff was accommodating and really collaborated with us to get the design just right.
However, despite that, we still experienced some delays in our order, even though they assured us that the orders would be on time.

We love that it also does more than just customize t-shirts and takes it beyond apparel. It customizes phone cases, mugs, notebooks, and many more.
However, we were quite disappointed that its online create-your-design feature is unavailable and inaccessible.
Promising customers the ability to do this and not delivering really affects the quality of customer service it provides.
On top of that, we were also disappointed that it only does one kind of printing for retail orders, which is the Heat Transfer method.
And while this is an effective method of transferring designs on a t-shirt, and being able to position the design by hand is great, it doesn’t work great on t-shirts with dark colors.
Despite that, when we got our orders, we were happy with the quality of the printing on our customized t-shirts.
The colors were accurate, the quality seemed durable, and the apparel was of nice quality.
And this kind of quality is not just limited to its t-shirts. The printing on the mugs was accurate and exact, which we were quite happy with.

The shop focuses heavily on t-shirts, which we have no complaints about. But we wished we could have more variety in its inventory.
Outside of t-shirts, it only customizes polo shirts and tote bags. And while this is not necessarily a bad thing, it definitely puts it behind its competition.
However, it makes up for that limitation with its specialization in a range of printing methods such as silk screen printing, thermal transfer, embroidery, dye sublimation, DTG & DTF.
The results are always color accurate because its team knows the right printing technique to use so that the result preserves the original color gamut.
We also love the service that we got here. Its staff really goes above and beyond, especially in working with us to achieve the design that we wanted.
