Aside from acupuncture, TRT Gulf is also known for their moxibustion, cupping, and remedial massage services. So they’re a good option if you also want to try other traditional Chinese methods of healing. 

Aside from these services, they also offer products such as Chinese herbal tea and traditional Chinese medicine from their herbal dispensary that you can check out. They have various medicines for common ailments and also medicines that support weight loss.  

Their doctors are very well-trained and professional. They have years of experience under their belt and degrees from recognized TCM universities.

The Natural Healing Acupuncture & Hijama Medical Center has been in business since 2005, so they have vast experience in practicing traditional Chinese medicine specializing in acupuncture and hijama cupping services. 

Their expertise must be why they have a good reputation when it comes to their services, not to mention a solid 4.8 Google review score. 

We tried booking an acupuncture service at their clinic and we were told that we needed to have a consultation first to assess our health concerns. Consultation costs around 300 AED. 

Once they have finished assessment, they then proceed with the acupuncture session, which also costs 300 AED. Together, that costs around 600 AED, which is a bit pricey in our opinion. 

However, once you become a regular customer and when they’re familiar with your case, you will just have to pay for the acupuncture session, which by itself is pretty standard as far as acupuncture sessions go.

Their clinic is very well-lit, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. We also noticed that their equipment is state of the art and well-maintained. 

When you enter, the atmosphere is very relaxing and therapeutic. They really put an effort in making sure you feel at ease.  

They’re very accessible, their location is convenient and easy to find. To add to that, they also have lots of parking slots available in front of their clinic, so you don’t have to worry if you bring a car.

MOE Therapy Center has been around for over 6 years, which makes them a bit younger compared to their competitors. Still, they are well worth the mention because of their great track record and established clientele. 

They have traditional Chinese medicine methods such as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, traditional Chinese therapy, and slimming treatment. Moreover, they also offer non-TCM services such as Swedish therapy, hot stone therapy, Thai therapy, Foot Reflexology, among others. 

So they’re a one-stop shop for different kinds of services not limited to traditional Chinese healing methods. 

For their acupuncture sessions, we noticed that they have relatively lower rates compared to competitors. You’ll get a better deal if you avail of their packages for 6 sessions or 10 sessions.

A popular downside, we think, is that the ambience of the place isn’t that relaxing. The clinic is very plain and the atmosphere is not as spa-like as their competitors. 

Still, if you want a no-frills therapy session, they’re the place to go to. They’re very well known for their massages and acupuncture sessions. 

As for their accessibility, we noticed that they respond faster to direct calls than in their online booking system. So, it might be better to book an appointment there.

Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre (DHTC) was founded in 2003, so they’ve been around for quite some time already. They have extensive experience in both conventional and alternative medicine like acupuncture services. 

They have a holistic view on health and they make personalized health solutions depending on the case of the patient. In their own words, they “tailor holistic health journeys” for their clients. 

What’s unique about this service provider is their wide range of services. Aside from the wellness center where they combine the use of both conventional and alternative medicine, they also have a spa where you can get facials and massages,  and even a restaurant that offers healthy meals. 

We found the breadth of their services impressive. They’re really a service provider that targets the holistic health of the patients. 

As for traditional Chinese medicine, they have a team of knowledgeable professionals with a lot of experience and the credentials to back them up. Aside from acupuncture, they offer Chinese decoctions for ailments, ear point treatment, laser acupuncture, and cupping therapy. 

They are very technologically updated since they’re the only service provider that offers laser acupuncture. It’s interesting how they took the ancient art of acupuncture and modernized it in their services. 

When you go there for an acupuncture session, you still have to have a consultation with them before the session. There, they’ll assess your health concerns and needs. 

They usually charge 550 AED for consultation and acupuncture but they currently have a promo where both only cost around 400 AED. Either way, we think their prices are pretty standard. 

Their online booking system is a bit unreliable in our experience, so it might be best to inquire through their Whatsapp. 

If you do set an appointment with them, take note that they’re closed on Sundays and that they have inconsistent operating hours.

Noticed tremendous improvement in the back pain

I have been doing treatment at the Herbal and Treatment Center for the past 3 months and I have noticed tremendous improvement in the back pain and inflammatory intestines issues following the doctor’s instructions, medications, acupuncture and others. As with all other TCM Shanghai branches, they are in close collaboration with the headquarters in China. 

We took a peek at their medical team and saw that they have a team of knowledgeable TCM medical professionals with impressive credentials. This holds up in their client feedback, where a lot of people mention how professional the doctors are. 

After you book their acupuncture services, they’ll first do a clinical assessment to see what the problem is and help give you a tailor-fit solution. The acupuncturist will determine the effective acupuncture points. 

What we love about this service provider is how modern and clean their clinic is. We liked the atmosphere because it helped relax us for the treatment. 

Aside from acupuncture, they also offer cupping, moxibustion, and Gua Sha. They also have a wide range of other services that include foot and leg reflexology treatment, Xuan Fu Herbal Steaming Therapy and Tuina.

Very professional acupuncture treatment 

Very professional acupuncture treatment and the best Tuina massage. I can say that the medical team here is very knowledgeable on treating both mild and serious issues. I came to Dr.Xiaoqin Li for consultation on my body condition (I’m having a strong right side headache due to previous ear inflammation). He checked my pulse, my head and my spine. The doctor asked if I am having uneasiness in my chest or other heart symptoms, and later explained to me that it is actually related to the problem in the thoracic spine, and advised me to take a course of acupuncture and massage treatment.I am very happy I finally took the decision to do the course, as already after the third procedure my spine started feeling much easier, my sleep improved significantly and I stopped having heart trembling and chest suffocation feeling that I had for more than half a year….Acupuncture was helping a lot, the doctor knew exactly what my most painful spots were even without me saying it. Extremely clean, calm, and comfortable

It was a fantastic experience @ TCM Shanghai. Extremely clean,  calm and comfortable. I have suffered from Hemorrhoids and knee pain for almost 5 years and cannot find any solution to help me .
