Dubai Offers a 6-Course Asian Feast at Euzone’s Four Hands Dinner with Chef Hervé Courtot This April 2025
On April 7 and 8, 2025, from 7 pm onwards, Eauzone at One&Only Royal Mirage will showcase an exclusive Four Hands Dinner. To make this happen. Chef Hervé Courtot (a Japanese cuisine expert) joins forces with Eauzone’s very own Chef Christian.
I think you better arrive hungry because this will be a 6-course gastronomic adventure! There will be vibrant Asian cuisine with ethically sourced ingredients. Also, I like that there’s a live DJ to keep the ambience light all night.
As for the grub, you’ll likely feel like a sultan with Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, steamed King Crab dumplings, and Chilean miso sea bass. You’ll have mango cheesecake for dessert too! Something to make the scorching Dubai weather sweeter, I say.
