With numerous pet services under its belt, Pet Station Group has quickly established itself as one of the top centralized pet service companies in Dubai.
With a veterinary, kennel, and training services on top of selling pet furniture, Pet Station Group is more than equipped to handle and take care of dogs while their owners are away.
We love that the vet clinic is right next door to the dog kennel, making it very safe for dogs if they get into an accident or need medical attention.
The kennel itself has a low capacity, so while we had a bit of trouble trying to get a room for our dog, we’re happy that the low number of guests makes it easier for personnel to give proper attention and care.
However, the one thing we find lacking in this dog kennel was the activities and amenities. We were disappointed that it only has general play times, and the play area isn’t something to write home about.
The place clearly lacks activities that dogs can do that are something besides socializing and playing with each other.
Despite that, Pet Station Group is a practical and safe choice, especially for new dog owners. Everything your pet needs is within arm’s length.

Knows how to handle rescue dogs
“We and our two dogs absolutely love Doghouse! We have two rescue dogs who are a little temperamental and need space and time. We have found that Doghouse knows exactly how to deal with rescue dogs and the huge space means that they can choose when to engage and when they want to chill. The staff are lovely and have a real personal touch – they always know exactly how our dogs have been and talk us through their behavior. Established as one of the first pet resorts in the entire Gulf region, Urban Tails Dubai has built an excellent and trustworthy reputation through word-of-mouth in the last 12 years.
Built for specialized pet accommodations and care facilities, along with contemporary amenities, this resort got our dog on a vacation while we did the same.
We love how the safety of our dog is a focal point here. With a webcam app that let us check on our pet through our phone, we were always assured that he was okay.
On top of that, the playgroups are closely monitored by trained personnel. The staff-to-pet ratio is always high so that each dog can be watched over.
As for the quality of the kennel, dogs have their individual spacious suites with a plasma TV and a webcam.
The great thing about the resort is that it lets the dogs come and go as they please throughout the day so that they return to their suite tired and relaxed.
The only thing we didn’t like about the kennels was the large windows that couldn’t be covered.
For us, this happened to be a big distraction for our dog who was used to taking midday naps. The visual stimulation that was happening on the other side of the window was too much for him.
It also has a doggy daycare for those looking to just have their dogs watched over for the day, but other than that, it doesn’t really provide any other special services — which is disappointing.
But they make up for it with other activities and amenities. With 3 indoor all-weather, air-conditioned play areas and a shaded garden with 2 in-ground pools, the kennel has lots of space and areas for dogs to play around in.
The provider also has activities that help dogs develop their cognitive and sensory abilities like treat puzzles and lick mats.
All in all, Urban Tails Resort is an elevated version of every kennel out there. Jam-packed with activities, amenities, and modernized suits, this kennel proves to be a luxurious experience for any kind of dog.

“Don’t know what I would do without this place!
I looked at so many kennels in Dubai but they are more like dark, small smelly cages! But then I visited Urban Tails and by a mile chose their cat hotel for my girl.
The staff are certainly experienced and helped my cat relax quickly. When I wanted an update they were there. Also, the 24-hour camera system allowed me to watch the cattery and check to see how she was getting on.
It was lovely to see how well they care for the cats and it really put my mind at rest.
Anyone that needs quality service, a super clean and caring place for their pet look no more!

Being dog owners themselves, the owners of Dog House know exactly what dogs need for a fun-filled secure stay at a dog kennel.
With play areas that are equipped with non-slip rubber matting to protect your furry loved ones’ paws and joints due to its shock-absorbent characteristic, play times are extra safe.
It’s great because the rubber matting is liquid-proof so that any personal accidents from the dogs get cleaned up quickly and easily.
Another great thing about this kennel is that we got to choose between a regular room good for a single dog, and the family room which is 132 square feet in size for owners with multiple dogs.
On top of that, we also love the custom-made beds and sofas that are designed to perfectly provide a comfortable night’s rest for canine guests.
However, where this facility starts to fall apart for us is the lack of special services it provides. Other than a daycare, there isn’t anything.
And besides the play area, there are no other amenities and activities lined up for the dogs.
It was disappointing, to say the least, knowing that the only thing our dog will be doing was sleeping, eating, and playing with other guests.
We wished it had more enriching activities for a dog’s development that they could work on while we were away.
Despite that, Dog House knows the critical necessities and offers the highest quality of them — making it one of our favorite dog kennels in Dubai.

“Our wee puppy Eddie has been going to the Dog House for about 3 months now and he absolutely loves it. Founded and lead by a veterinarian and a professional dog trainer and handler, this duo quickly established Homely Petz as one of the most innovative dog kennels in Dubai.
Its kennels are located on 10 beautiful acres overlooked by the Hajjar Mountains, nestled in between Gaff trees and surrounded by singing birds and sand dunes.
We love that the facility is not in warehouses surrounded by urban stress, rather it takes relaxation to a whole new level by giving the dogs a chance to experience the countryside.
The 9-acre kennel means it has plenty of space for dogs to run around, however, this does come at the risk of dogs being vulnerable to injury and accidents — especially those who are not used to the outdoors.
We like that it has size options for the suites, from a teacup size dog up to a Great Dane and/or family of dogs; its largest sized kennel is 8 square meters big.
On top of that, it has indoor play areas, 3 outside play areas, a grass garden, and 2 huge sand run areas for the bigger dogs to get plenty of exercise and fun.
We love that the amenities are endless, and the activities are just letting the dog be themselves, from peeing up trees, to digging holes, and zooming around.
But the best part about this kennel is the added services that it can provide to our dogs. They have beach trips where the personnel can take your dogs to the sea to surf during the winter months.
The facility also has dog training, behavior sessions, doggy boot camps to help your dog behave better, and complimentary grooming before going home.

A great place to go with your dog
“We have just come back from staying in the goat hair boudin tent at Homeley Petz RAK. What a fab place to go with your dog. Great, comfortable rent, double bed, lots of room, fridge, dog allowed inside, on the bed! BBQ area and best of all 7.5 acres of ground for your dog to run around in a safe, escape free area! With more than 30 years of experience, Dubai Kennels and Cattery is a master at managing dog kennels.
With an exhaustively trained staff, dogs are at their safest. We love that the personnel knows what signs to look out for to identify problems before it gets worse.
They also do daily grooming and check-ups to make sure the dogs are clean and free of injuries and health problems during their stay.
On top of that, the kennel has a wide range of additional services that cover the entire span of pet services. From local and global pet relocations to daycare and veterinarian services, DKC is equipped to handle everything a pet and a pet owner will need.
We also like that the outdoor play areas have a mixture of trees and pet toys, creating a harmonious combination of nature and specially designed activities for the dogs.
However, other than the play area, there aren’t any kind of amenities for dogs to explore and enjoy.
And as for the quality of the cages, we were disappointed with it. Besides the fact that these are built to be actual cages, the space is simply too small for a dog to move around.
Thankfully, the play times span the whole day and our dog didn’t have to stay imprisoned there save for when it was time to sleep.
Despite that, Dubai Kennels and Cattery has the widest range of pet services and is the most experienced in taking care of dogs.
