The technicians Mistral sent to deal with our drain problem were quite knowledgeable. They were quick, professional, efficient, and able to explain things thoroughly.
While it was a bit hard to set a schedule for the drain cleaning, they arrived on time and finished up quite fast without compromising on the quality.
They even helped with the cleanup afterward which is a big plus!
Other customers who booked the services seemed to be quite satisfied too. Though we did find their pricing to be a bit expensive, we think it’s well worth the money.

However, we did hear from some customers that Hummingbird sometimes needed two days to fully complete the job.
Don’t worry though, because this is done at no additional expense. But we think this might be a bit hard for people to schedule, since they need to be available for two consecutive days instead of just one.
