The facilities are wide, which is perfect for your dog as it runs around during the daytime. We noticed, however, that the indoor and the outdoor areas seem a little…barren.
There are not a lot of toys or other pet trinkets that they can move around in though. There are just wide open spaces to run around and play with their fellow companions.
The company also has a huge parking space– which is nice. No need to worry about where you’ll be parking when visiting their location!

“Woof was recommended to us by daughter’s friend who said their experience there was good. Our toy poodle Leo always needs one of us around all the time. He is never left alone. We dropped him at woof for 2 hrs the first time. We would drop him maybe once in a week for 2 to 3 hrs so he can meet other dogs. But now we realized that Leo loves going to woof. He gets so excited on the drive there and wants to jump out of the car by the time I park the car. So he goes at least twice a week for few hours. The place is so clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly and professional. We do get video and pictures updates about Leo’s time there. He has also spend time in their boarding for couple of nights. While expensive, what we like about their rates is the special services they offer alongside them. The suite rates include free daycare playtime and food.
In addition, the company offers a complimentary spa treatment for the puppers who stay for four nights or more– that’s nice!

“We started sending our dog Bailey around 3 months ago after she had been a regular attendee at another popular place in Al Quoz. I can’t believe the difference in her. The quality and safety that Urban Tails provides is second to none! The place is lovely, doing a tour is a must! It’s so clean, with genuinely caring staff that no what they are doing and will make you feel welcome. The play groups are small (one of the many reasons we left Al Quoz) and they really learn what is best for your dog so they can get what they individually want and need from their day. It took Bailey a few weeks to get in the swing of things but since then she has come on heaps and watching her on their cameras being so well cared for just makes me wish I had found them sooner. What we like about this company are their facilities. Their main location, which is in Dubai, spans over an equivalent of 18 tennis courts– that is huge!
The facilities here are the real deal. The resort has the world’s largest indoor Dog Park and free play area.
In addition, the establishment also offers a pool, a training academy, and more. For dog owners who will board their pets here, they will certainly be entertained by the wide and various play areas during their stay!
Another great thing about the company is how they treat their guests. The company makes sure to split their guests into groups depending on their size, attitude, and temperament to facilitate a fun and peaceful experience for them.
When it comes to their boarding suites, the resort offers different sizes and variations. We’d like to take note that their rates are on the expensive side, with prices ranging from 150 AED to 500 AED.

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! We have been happy customers of MSH Dubai since our dog Atheena joined our family in 2017. It has been over 3 years of great service and trust. Atheena loves MSH so much, that she runs to the caregivers everytime they come to pick her up. We have tried several different doggy daycare/boardings but there is a few things which stand out at MSH:
1. Extremly flexible with pick-up and drop-off

Spot! is a New York-based dog care company that established a branch in Dubai in 2018.
If you’re looking for good accommodation for your pets at a cheap price, then this establishment is the one for you.
When it comes to facilities, Spot! has a wide area for playtimes. When it comes to the boarding areas, everything is uniformly designed.
The facility for their sleepovers or boarding is quite… small and bland-looking. Certainly functional and comfortable, but out of all the rooms we’ve seen in the market, Spot’s rooms are certainly not the prettiest.
One of the things we liked about Spot! is their boarding rates. The company charges 99 AED per night. In addition, they do not have an extra charge during peak seasons, which is fantastic, if we say so ourselves.
Unfortunately, the fee does not include food. Make sure to bring enough food to last for your dog’s stay in the location.
During your pet’s stay in this establishment, the company encourages them to socialize with other guests through playtime. Don’t worry about your pet mingling in with the wrong crowd, as the company makes sure to evaluate all their guests.
This is done to separate their guests by size and temperament during daytime activities to facilitate a peaceful and fun environment for them.
Unfortunately, aside from the free playtimes during their stay, the company doesn’t provide other special services for guests.
When it comes to customer service, the company makes sure to update its clients through daily reports via images or videos. The staff is always quick to answer any inquiries made by owners of their guests.

“I am very picky when it comes to where I leave my dog. What I am looking for (normally) is safety, for my dog to be treated like a part of the family (i.e. getting lots of cuddles), being allowed to play quite a lot (my dog is very very playful), safety, responsiveness and a degree of flexibility when it comes to picking the dog up.
Spot offered all that. They provided daily reports, so I knew exactly how my dog was doing, I could see my dog was having fun time playing as well as being cuddled.

The company has good sizes for their indoor and outdoor daycare facilities. It isn’t the biggest that we’ve seen, but it’s enough to keep the puppers entertained and energized during their stay.
The company makes sure to put protection, such as anti-slip matts to protect their guests paws and joints. In addition, they make sure to clean up the environments to avoid any unwanted incidents for their guests.
When it comes to the actual boarding units, the company provides two options: a regular room, which is an honestly plain-looking room (that can be customized per request) and a larger, family room for two dogs to room together.
The company charges fairly for its boarding services. Boarding rates start from 105 AED to 120.75 AED for the regular rooms.
For the bigger, family rooms, prices start from 120 AED to 135.75 AED. The company charges different rates depending on the room and the size of the dog that will be boarding in that room.
