9 Best Coffee Shops in Dubai with a View That Made Me a Cafe Snob
I’m a writer and a dreamer, always lost in my own little world. So one time, I treated myself to a solo rooftop cafe experience on Valentine’s Day—totally unaware of the weird looks I was getting from the staff.
Turns out, they thought I’d been stood up! Before I could correct them, they handed me a complimentary dessert out of pity. So of course, I just went along with it—because hey, free cake is free cake!
But honestly, free food or not, I love visiting the best coffee shops in Dubai with a view. I even put together a list of the most breathtaking ones where you can clear your head. Check them out below!
Which Dubai cafes offer the best scenery?
There are a bunch of Dubai cafes that offer the best scenery! Swing by picturesque spots like At.mosphere, The Lounge at Address Boulevard, The Patisserie at Address Sky View, and Joe’s Café to see Dubai in a new light.

Operating Hours:
- Monday to Sunday – 7 AM to 12 AM
Pricing: AED 500 – 600 per person
Fancy a great morning view while enjoying gourmet coffee? Located on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa, At.mosphere offers a lovely view of the Dubai skyline and Arabian Gulf.
Whether you have a big appetite or not, you’ll find options for breakfast, high tea, light lunches, and a fine-dining dinner service. I also recommend trying the signature gold coffee at least once—very Instagram-worthy!
And for dinner, I love the oysters and Wagyu for a lavish meal while basking in magnificent views of The Dubai Fountain.
Pro tip:
Note that At.mosphere requires a minimum spend, starting at AED 100. The exact amount depends on the time of day (and whether you want a window or non-window table). Be sure to check its website first!

Pricing: AED 110 – 185 per person
The Lounge at Address Boulevard features floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa views and soothing music. Alternatively, there are teas and craft cocktails too!
I like the Angus burger for a hearty option. But if you want more snacks, you can also opt for an afternoon tea set. The high tea’s theme might change, but you’ll still get many scrumptious pastries, scones, mini sandwiches, and other bites.
Handy hack:
If you prefer a quiet and peaceful setting at The Lounge at Address Boulevard, I suggest arriving between 10 am and 2 pm before the afternoon tea rush.
The Patisserie at Address Sky View

Craving chocolate, whipped cream, fruity items, seafood options, or a flaky pastry? The Patisserie at Address Sky View can provide them with panoramic city views of Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa!
The menu also features many beverages, including specialty coffees like matcha and Spanish latte. But should you prefer lighter drinks, we recommend going for the nice selection of teas, such as English breakfast and Moroccan mint.
Good to know:
If you’re not a fan of sweets but would still like a dessert at The Patisserie at Address Sky View, I say try the mille-feuille cake (layered puff pastry and cream)—it’s crunchy and not too overwhelming!
It’s best to request a window-side table in advance so you can enjoy the scenic cityscape views.
Joe’s Café

The cafe offers a wide menu showcasing international cuisine too. This goes from hearty breakfasts to delectable desserts. I particularly like the seafood risotto and penne pasta that goes well with a latte.
Friendly advice:
Why not plan your meal at Joe’s Café around the Dubai Fountain showtimes to enhance your dining experience?
For me, the evening shows (every 30 minutes from 6 pm to 11 pm) look the most captivating with the Burj Khalifa illuminated against the night sky. Don’t miss it!

Located on the service road of Dubai Mall, Hoof offers a cozy atmosphere with outdoor seating that provides great views of the surrounding area.
This Dubai coffee shop also serves a good range of specialty coffees like Spanish Cortado and light meals like egg sando (sandwich) if you’re not that hungry. But if you want a single, filling dessert, I say go for the Kinder cookie—it’s small but packed!
Insider scoop:
I recommend heading to the Hoof as early as 8 to 8:30 am for the most serene vibe and some freshly baked cinnamon rolls!
And before coming in here, keep in mind that there aren’t accessible steps for wheelchairs. It’s best to pick other options that fit special needs, when needed.

Besides coffee, Roasters Specialty Coffee House is known for its amazing rooftop views in Dubai. I love that you could also see the Dubai Mall aquarium from here!
And from its name, this spot is frequented for its top-notch brews. I also find it handy that this coffee shop offers alternative milk options, like oat milk, at no extra charge.
Dessert-wise, my top picks are the cheesecake and ice cream—I think they go well with the 24K gold coffee here too!
Just a reminder:
Roasters Specialty Coffee House offers limited parking, so I suggest planning ahead and scoping the area first if you’re driving to ensure a smooth visit.

Should you want to give your eyes a break, The Grey offers minimalist interiors with a sleek palette of charcoal grey, white, and black. Plus, I appreciate that it offers both spacious indoor seating and outdoor dining areas for brunch dates or casual gatherings.
The menu highlights for me are the mocha, butterscotch latte, and hibiscus iced tea. There are tons of breakfast goodies too, like avocado toast and truffle scrambled eggs. To end on a sweet note, I say grab the soft and moist sticky date pudding too!
For the chronically online:
Use The Grey’s free Wi-Fi—you just need to ask the staff for the password and you’re good to go!
I also suggest visiting the coffee shop for business or client meetings. But working here with a laptop is a different story—we think the hard surfaces can make it a tad noisy.

Some of my favorites are the French omelet with spinach and mushrooms and the avocado eggs Benedict. But if you want something fruity, I like the blueberry pancakes too!
I also love the fact that it has a kids’ area. A lifesaver for parents and guardians who just want to bask in the views, I say.

Late Lounge is a Dubai cafe and restaurant with nice outdoor seating if you prefer to dine al fresco during early mornings or late weekend nights.
It serves specialty coffee and gourmet breakfasts, such as croissant Benedict and potato croquettes, with other pastries and desserts. Yet if you want something with a bit of a kick, I suggest going for the dynamite shrimp too.
I also appreciate that it’s known for serving generous coffee portions. On top of that, I’m in awe that it’s got plenty of drink options—you can select from a bunch of juices, smoothies, tea, and hot chocolate!
Some things to note:
Late Lounge offers several seasonal items, so it’s best to ask the staff what’s new on the menu if you want to shake things up.

BRIX Café is for everyone who likes a cozy yet refined atmosphere in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour and charming views of the Arabian Gulf. At the outdoor terrace, you can indulge in specialty coffees, freshly baked pastries, and an all-day breakfast menu.
And if you want to start your day right, I recommend the steak and egg or The Tribbiani sandwich (hello, American TV sitcom Friends fans!). There are homemade ice creams, like coconut jelly or macaron, if you want a unique treat too.
“Pawsome” idea:
Did you know that BRIX Café can accommodate pets? Still, I recommend notifying the staff beforehand—the tables for this are limited!
