“Hi, I used Al Fares Cargo to send my car from Dubai to Limassol. The car was submitted to Al Fares on 31 JAN and was later loaded in a 20ft container on three consecutive vessels by the shipping Line CMA CGM. The first vessel sailed on 13 FEB and transported the container from Jebel Ali to Port Said. Then a few days later the container was loaded onto the second vessel and was transported to Piraeus. Then a few days later the container was loaded onto the third vessel and arrived and was discharged at Limassol port on 09 MAR. The container was sent to me on 14 MAR due to some customs delay at Limassol. I was able to take my car on 15 MAR (my birthday) after completing some customs documents […] Overall, a very good experience and receipt of the vehicle in very good condition with no items missing and absolutely no damages. I would recommend Al Fares and especially Ms Hajer she has been very pleasant and helpful despite my frequent impatience, she did not react negatively. The car arrived about one week late, but this was not a problem for me and not a fault of Al Fares. The only aspect that Al Fares needs to improve, is more transparent information at the pre shipping stage in Dubai.” – George Joachim
