There’s a Latte to Love About These 10 Cafes in Dubai Marina

When I think of Dubai Marina, I think tall buildings, fancy living, and gorgeous waterfront views. But honestly, what I love most is the café scene.

I’d love to say I’m a coffee expert, but in reality, I just spend too much time sitting in cafés, trying to look busy. Some days I need a caffeine boost, other times I attempt to work, and even then, I just end up scrolling on my phone. But along the way, I’ve explored plenty of great spots!

If you’re like me—always searching for a cozy café to relax, sip coffee, catch up with  friends—this guide to my favorite cafés in Dubai Marina is for you!

1. Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery, Dubai Marina

If you find yourself wandering Dubai Marina in desperate need of caffeine and delicious carbs, Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery is a fantastic choice! It has a comfortable, modern vibe with soft lighting and lovely Marina views—perfect for brooding over what to have for dinner.

You have to try one of Risen’s special drinks! If you love coffee, the Charcoal Latte is a must-try (it looks cool and tastes even better). If you want something refreshing, go for the Berry Iced Tea or Berry Colada mocktail—they make hydrating feel fancy.

And of course, don’t forget the pastries! The Croffles (a croissant-waffle mix) are a must, and if you love fresh bread, take home some Sourdough or Spelt Whole Grain bread–because nothing says ”I’m an adult with my life together” like buying fancy bread.

Pro Tip:

Thinking of working from there? Bring your laptop—otherwise, you’ll just be that person aggressively typing on an invisible keyboard. Bonus: free WiFi!

2. Nargileci Eleven Cafe

If you’re looking for a spot in Dubai Marina with great food, shisha, and a relaxed vibe, Nargileci Eleven Cafe is the place to go. It’s been a local favorite since 2022!

The café is stylish with modern décor and comfy seating, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day of doing your best (or at least pretending to). If you’re catching up with friends or just treating yourself to some alone time with good food, this place won’t disappoint.

They’re known to serve delicious Russian and Moroccan dishes. If you’re feeling fancy, try the Russian Borscht soup and Plov Rice, or dive into Moroccan flavors with Chicken Pastilla and Moroccan Beef Plum Tagine—because why book a flight when you can just eat your way around the world?

And of course, there’s shisha, with over 20 flavors from Russia and Turkey. If you’re craving something fruity, try the Juicy Wild Berry, or go for Istanbul Nights if you want to channel some world traveler energy–even if you’ve never left the city!

The café feels warm and inviting, perfect for food and coffee lovers—or anyone who just wants an excuse to take aesthetic food photos. With its modern, simple design and plenty of natural light, your coffee cup might just look better than you do in selfies.

Speaking of coffee, they take it to another level! If you fancy yourself a coffee snob for the day, try their Geisha manual brews for a light and fruity taste. But if you want coffee like it’s never been done before, the Banana Brulee Iced Latte, Butterfly Latte, or Mango Caramel Iced Latte are must-try!

(Or if you really just want coffee that will look good on your Insta feed, go for the 24K Gold Coffee, topped with edible gold.)

It offers outdoor seating with beautiful views of yachts and skyscrapers, which is especially nice when the weather isn’t trying to melt you. Inside, the vibe is relaxed, but don’t be surprised if it gets busy—good food tends to attract a crowd!

You can warm up with the Lentil Soup before moving on to something hearty like the Red Snapper Primavera (with fresh veggies and herb butter sauce) or the Braised Bistro Steak (slow-cooked Wagyu–why settle for regular beef?).

And of course, no meal is complete without dessert. Don’t skip the trendy Chocolate Hazelnut Kunafa (your future self will thank you).

Peet’s Coffee in Dubai Marina is a must-visit for coffee lovers and anyone who turns into a zombie without their morning caffeine fix.

Known for its rich, hand-roasted coffee at reasonable prices, this café sits on the ground floor of Marina Mall, making it the perfect place to recharge after failing to keep your promise that  “you just came to browse”.

Despite being in a busy area, the café has a relaxed vibe, making it the perfect spot to unwind after spending hours (and money) at the mall. The friendly staff will help you pick the perfect drink—or at least smile politely while you change your order three times.

If you like your coffee sweet, try the Spanish Latte. If you want something cool with a little kick, the Iced Havana Cappuccino has you covered. And if you’re  trying to be healthy (for five minutes), the Organic Matcha Latte is a great choice!

If you’re actually hungry (and not “coffee and cake” hungry), you can try one of their sandwiches, like the Grilled Cheese Sandwich or the Organic Egg Sandwich on sourdough!

Pro Tip:

If you’re serious about coffee, grab some Major Dickason’s Blend or Espresso Forte—because life’s too short for bad coffee, and mornings are already hard enough.

Charlie & Friends is the kind of café that feels like a warm hug—except with better food and no awkward arm positioning.

Mornings here are filled with the smell of fresh bread and buttery croissants, making it nearly impossible to walk past without stopping.

By evening, it transforms into a Mediterranean bistro, perfect for winding down or pretending you’re in a European food documentary.

If you’re here for lunch or dinner, the Veal Schnitzel with pickled potato salad is a crispy, satisfying choice, while the Beef Stroganoff is so creamy it might make you emotional.

Pizza fans, you can’t go wrong with the Margherita—but if you’re feeling fancy, the black truffle mozzarella pizza might be your perfect match.

For drinks, coffee lovers can nerd out over the Pour Over Coffee, while those in the mood for something refreshing can sip on Charlie’s Nogroni, a mocktail that sounds classy enough to impress your friends.

Pro Tip:

The café gets pretty busy on weekends—so unless you enjoy competitive seating and people staring at you for finishing your latte too slowly, try visiting on a weekday for a more chill experience.
