In our opinion, shopping at IKEA is a bit of an adventure itself. We think you will really need to set aside some time, possibly around 1 or 2 hours, as well as plan out the items you will buy before entering the maze-like layout.
For the most part, the layout itself is intuitive enough when moving in a linear manner. However, we have experienced getting sidetracked in order to take a closer look at some of the other furnishings and accessories on offer.
